Tales from the River Bank by Richard Sales

Hi All,

A cormorant caught a 2ft eel. After a 5 minutes struggle the cormorant was winning until another cormorant tried to steal the eel. During the ensuing fight the eel limply swam away.

Every evening at dusk ring necked parakeets fly north from Chiswick House and Kew Gardens to roost for the night at a park in Acton and reverse their journey at dawn.

Kind regards

Richard
